More on the band:

They have toured all over SA, Namibia, Moçambique, Botswana, Germany and England. They fuse African, rock and blues sounds and mix several African languages with their Afrikaans and English.

Band members are Rudolph Dennis on drums, keyboard, guitar and vocals. Twin brother, Arthur on guitar and vocals, joined by AJ Graham on bass guitar.

They've recorded 5 albums and 2 more records with the late and Piet Botha - they were his de facto backing band and together, they toured extensively as Piet Botha & the Lyzyrd Kings.

Their side projects include:

A Sixties and seventies show (this one) called Hippy Daze

A blues show, A Neil Young tribute that has been rapturously received at Cafe Roux, wherein they play Harvest in it's entirety. Other tribute shows include a country show, a show centred around piano based rocknroll compositions as well as a classic tribute to Jimi Hendrix.

A picture of this band is probably in the dictionary next to the entry of a "working band". The guys play all day, every day, driving near and far, up and down these country, to wherever the next gig is. The real deal...
