Immersion Session

This isn’t just about dancing.

It’s an invitation to challenge your body and mind through guided movement, breathwork, and the invigorating crescendo; a collective water immersion, with a few surprises waiting on the other side.

It’s a celebration of our bodies as vessels and the simple joy of being alive.

Come ready to move, breathe, connect, and then plunge into the moment, guided by music that builds, lifts, and carries you through the experience.

This session is suitable for all levels, but if getting wet isn’t your thing, this one might not be for you.

Bring a bathing suit, warm layers, and a willingness to feel very alive.

DRESS CODE — OUTFITS WITH S

Think swimwear, stripes, sparkles, shells, shades, socks, scarves, or something totally unexpected.

If it starts with an S, you’re on the right track.

We’re bringing back our monthly Best Dressed competition.

Our facilitators will select the Top 3 looks, and the final winner will be chosen by the community.

Prizes worth R1,200 from feel-good brands Happy Culture and Wazoogles are up for grabs; every session is a fresh chance to take the crown.
