Songwriting and story telling go hand in hand. The tradition of both are inextricably interlinked throughout history, and the tradition of this mode of self expression is a well worn path by countless artists who have gone before.

Artists like Tom Petty, Neil Young, Led Zeppelin, Crosby, Stills & Nash, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and U2 have formed the nucleus of my youthful musical education and have played a huge part in shaping the songs I've written to date.

You can expect a smattering of songs from these artists in between several of my own, with a golden thread linking them all - influence, tradition and a love for the idea of the singer-songwriter (as well as some blatant musical thievery on all sides! more on that, in the show...)
