A women’s-only restshop for midlife women who are ready to pause, soften, and reconnect.

You move through your life holding everything and everyone together, but somewhere along the way, you’ve lost your sense of ease.
Rest feels out of reach.
Not because you don’t want it, but because your system has forgotten how to switch off.
As the new year begins, many women feel the pressure to reset, plan, and push forward.
But what if the most powerful reset is learning how to come back to calm?

What You’ll Experience
This isn’t another workshop.
Return to Calm is a restshop. A carefully held space for just 12 women.
Together, we’ll move gently through a guided nervous system reset designed to calm and restore your system, reconnect you with yourself, and give your body the deep exhale it’s been craving.
Cacao Sharing Circle
A soft landing to arrive, settle, and gently open the space for connection.
Somatic Movement to Music
Gentle, body-led movement to release held tension and reawaken ease and enjoyment in the body.
Sit Spot Reflection in Nature
Time to simply be, allowing stillness and nature to support nervous system regulation.
Yoga Nidra
A deeply restorative practice that helps your system downshift into rest, integration, and repair.
This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about giving your nervous system what it needs to remember calm.

Your Facilitator for The Morning
Joanne guides women to de-stress, reconnect, and restore their vitality. Trained in movement and group exercise, CBT, sleep science, and certified as a Yoga Nidra facilitator. She also co-facilitates nature connection experiences with her husband. Joanne created this unique offering to guide you into a deeply rested state.

Our morning together will be held at Rocklands Health and Movement Centre, a lovely studio space in Upper Constantia.
