Duration: 3 to 4 hours

Distance: About 7km of varied terrain from easy jeep tracks to rocky forest paths (moderate pace with pauses)

Location: Newlands Forest, Cape Town

  • Certified Mountain Guide with Level 3 First Aid
  • Mindfulness facilitation by Natural Mindfulness Guides (Mike and Jo)

Michael and Jo Holmwood

Michael is a certified mountain guide, life guide, and natural mindfulness facilitator. Jo is a sleep coach and Yoga Nidra practitioner.

Together, they walk this path alongside you, bringing an intuitive presence that creates a gentle, grounded space for reflection and healing.

Healing Hikes began as their own practice for balance and well-being, and have since become a shared way of helping others reconnect with what truly matters.
