Then mark your calendar for The Great Kenton Wine Festival 2026 — a long weekend of coastal charm, exceptional South African wines, and the easy, barefoot pace that Kenton-on-Sea is known for.

From tastings and cellar chats to food pairings, wine-themed river cruises, special dinners and more, this is your perfect excuse for a late-summer getaway on the Sunshine Coast.

Venues: Diaz Deep Sea Club | Kenton Tennis Club | The Backyard, Kenton-on-Sea

For 2026, The Backyard, Kenton-on-Sea joins the festival as one of our three official tasting venues, replacing the Bowls Club from previous years. The Diaz Deep Sea Club and Kenton Tennis Club remain festival venues.

Your ticket gives you access to three afternoon wine-tasting sessions (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) from 14:00–17:00 across all three venues — each hosting a curated selection of top South African wine farms.

Explore new favourites, meet the producers, and enjoy the relaxed coastal atmosphere that makes Kenton-on-Sea such a special destination.

Additional events — including themed dinners, tastings and signature experiences — are booked separately.
