Are you ready to dress UP to get DOWN! Monthly competition running from May 2025 -April 2026, we’re bringing the vibe for December with our “Summer Loving”

theme and running a Best Dressed Competition at each session.

Our facilitators will select the Top 3 looks—and the public will crown the one who OUT-DRESSED the rest!

Prizes worth R 1,200 from our fave feel-good brands—Happy Culture & Wazoogles—are up for grabs.

New to Secret Sunrise? You’re in for something magical. We’ll kit you out with wireless headphones and guide you through an unforgettable blend of dance, play, connection, and meditation. All ages, all bodies, all fitness levels—everyone is welcome.
