The Johannesburg Musical Society returns to the Linder Auditorium in 2026 for a series featuring prestigious artists from Spain, Bulgaria, Russia, Azerbaijan, the UK and South Africa. Eight specially curated concerts shine the spotlight squarely on pianists, with a sprinkling of strings. All the artists have won multiple competitions and are highly sought after soloists and chamber musicians.
Our March concert features piano icon Ludmil Angelov who will present a programme of Chopin, Mozart and Weber. This concert is presented in collaboration with the Johannesburg Philharmonic Orchestra and the Stellenbosch International Piano Symposium.
All Concerts take place on Sunday afternoons at 15:00 in the Linder Auditorium, Wits Education Campus, Parktown. There is safe, easy to find parking and on-site refreshments of coffee, tea, wine and snacks.
