Described by Classical Music Magazine as ''a consummate virtuoso'', Bulgarian pianist LUDMIL ANGELOV is renowned for his musicianship in concert halls, on television and on recordings. He has performed in famous halls such as New York's Lincoln Centre, the Berlin Philharmonic Hall, Salle Pleyel and Salle Gaveau in Paris, and the Concertgebouw of Amsterdam. He has recorded for major labels, including RCA, and Pentatone Classic and his recording of Chopin's Complete Rondos and Variations was awarded a Grand Prix du Disque Chopin by the International Chopin Institute of Warsaw. His most recent recording on the Pentatone label is with violinist Vesko Eschkenazy and the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra of Amsterdam.
