ABOUT

In this session I will share a wellbeing “tool-box”, breathing exercises being one of the tools that can be used in conjunction with affirmations and visualization.
Breath work is a powerful and natural transformational tool for self-discovery with a multitude of documented benefits for physical and mental health; furthermore the benefits can range from stress relief, elevated mood, better sleep and lowering of blood pressure. This practice can be used daily to revitalise and give you a sense of clarity and belonging.
You will be engaged to participate in various breathing exercises throughout the course of the seminar.

I will share the importance of being optimistic and the importance of giving light. The power of energy – what energy do we bring to our homes?  The importance of love, peace  and heart consciousness.
