Dr Adewunmi holds a PhD in Estate Management from the University of Lagos, along with MSc and BSc degrees from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria. She is a registered estate surveyor and valuer, and a member of IFMA and SAFMA. With consultancy experience in Nigeria and the UK, she brings deep expertise in facilities management and property strategy.

Guillaume Venter – Strategic Solutions Executive, Pragma Group

Guillaume is an award-winning Facilities & Asset Management Solutions Specialist with 15 years of experience. He develops tailored strategies that blend people, process, and technology to deliver measurable impact. Passionate about innovation, he explores how AI and IIoT can transform property and facilities management.

Dumisani Malinga – Chairperson, SAFMA Gauteng Chapter

With over 24 years of experience in facilities management and property, Dumisani has held senior roles in both public and private sectors. He is SAFMA-registered and an expert in asset lifecycle, sustainability, compliance, and strategic FM integration. He will moderate the panel discussion and facilitate audience engagement.
