On Saturday; 30th of August, in honour of National Women's Month, join us for an intimate Wellness Walk.

A celebration of Movement, Art & Womanhood.

Distance: 3km

Start time: 09:00

Start Venue: Zoo Lake, Parkview, Jan Smuts Avenue (Near the courts)

Layover: Everard Read Gallery, 6 Jellicoe Avenue, Rosebank Parktown North

Finish: Starbucks, Rosebank, 50 Bath Avenue

We will start at Zoo Lake, Parkview. With its lush greenery, tranquil lake, and open spaces, it’s the perfect setting to energize your body and mind before the walk. A 10-minute warm-up here—surrounded by birdsong and morning light—will set the tone for the day.

Everard Read Gallery in Rosebank is a true gem. As Africa’s oldest commercial art gallery, it’s been showcasing the brilliance of South African and contemporary artists for over a century. The exhibition will serve as well as our pitstop before our last stop.

Then off to Starbucks, where a Matcha Latte or Iced Coffee awaits to cool you down and lift you up. This spot fosters a cozy vibe for drinks and yap.
