Welcome Spring by joining us for an intimate Yoga session on Saturday; the 20th of September.


The movement

We will delve right into the 50-minute Practice of Yoga and create a profound connection to body, mind and soul.

The session will conclude with sound meditation which will reduce mental chatter and put you in a state of Zen.
