Join us for Stillness & Surrender — a deeply restorative 60-minute Yin Yoga journey, woven with breath-centered, body-based Yoga Nidra cues to guide you into complete release.
This sensory, somatic experience is designed to down-regulate the nervous system, soften your internal landscape, and invite sustainable rest. Each posture becomes a portal to deeper awareness, creating space to let go and simply be.
We’ll have optional grounding wellness drink to support class integration.
