InUWell and MiQi Café Coffee present the Waterfront’s latest coffee rave Rhythms of Rise,

inspired by InUWell’s immersive, conscious space and curated by the global movement;

Rhythms of Love.

This jungle-themed sunrise coffee rave features the soulful sounds of Gifted DJ — a celebrated

artist known for electrifying sets at AfrikaBurn, Burning Man, and EDC Las Vegas, and current

resident DJ for Rhythms of Love events. She’ll bring a sunlit, groovy mix of AfroTech and

AfroHouse designed to uplift the spirit and create an unforgettable vibe.

Trade your usual Sunday morning routine for something a little more magical. Rhythms of Rise

is your new sunrise ritual — a soulful social where good music, great people, join together to set

the tone for your day. Whether you’re joining after a morning run, yoga class, or simply chasing

the sunrise, this is your space to wake, move, nourish, and rise.

Set against the iconic coastal backdrop of Cape Town’s V&A Waterfront, this early morning

experience is designed to ignite your senses and uplift your spirit. Enjoy fresh artisanal coffee

and warm, flaky croissants — baked to perfection by Cape Town’s #1 rated coffee, MiQi Café

Coffee — while being immersed in EMF-eliminating forest bath technology. In partnership with

local running clubs, runners are also invited to take advantage of a complimentary cold plunge

to complete their sunrise ritual.

While Gifted DJ curates smooth, sunlit grooves that move the body and calm the mind, the

energy remains feel-good, the space welcoming, and the atmosphere alive with movement,

connection, and presence. It’s more than just a rave — it’s a gathering of like-minded souls,

co-creating a conscious community rooted in joy, rhythm, and shared intention.

But this gathering is about more than good vibes — it’s about gathering for good. Proceeds

from Rhythms of Rise support Mom’s House for Children, a humanitarian initiative providing

food security, clean water, education, emotional enrichment, and holistic care to orphaned and

vulnerable children in South Africa and beyond. As we rise together in music and

movement, we contribute to the healing of children who need it most.

Rhythms of Rise is a celebration of conscious community, a sunrise sanctuary for rhythm

seekers, and a reminder that when we care for ourselves and each other, we create ripples of

healing across the world.
