Your ticket unlocks unlimited access to our day-long lineup of movement classes, interactive workshops, inspiring talks, and creative experiences — from yoga and Qi-Gong to foraging, dance, art, meditation, sound journeys, and more.
MOVE – Dance, yoga, Pilates, bootcamp, biokinetics, and kundalini sessions to energise your body and lift your spirit.
LEARN – Talks and workshops on nutrition, meditation, kinesiology, creativity, and self-development.
EXPLORE – Foraging for edible weeks, mindfulness walks, grounding through clay, collaborative art mural, and sound journey.

Set against rolling KZN Midlands hills, The Old Mushroom Farm offers fresh air, beautiful views, and unique spaces to explore between sessions.
Accommodation:

How It Works:
- One ticket = access to the full day's program.
- No pre-booking for sessions (except the Mindfulness Walk & Foraging for Edible Weeds — sign up on arrival).
- First come, first served — follow your flow and craft your perfect day.
- Registration from 6:30, first classes start at 7:30.
What to Bring:
Yoga mat, pillow + blanket, comfy clothes, walking shoes, notebook, pen, water bottle, sun hat, warm jacket.
Food & Drinks:
Delicious eats and non-alcoholic drinks available on site (cash/card).
