The Dream Unit invites all interested in deepening their understanding and connection to their dreams to live a more meaningful and awakened life. Whether you are experienced at working with your dreams, or simply curious about doing so. This dream incubation workshop will introduce the preliminaries of dream work, consciously engaging the unconscious, preparing an effective question, and working with the symbolic language of the Dream itself for insight and deepened understanding.

Individual consultations to go deeper with dream material following the workshop are available on request.

Facilitated by Dr Dominique Santos, a social anthropologist with an active lucid dreaming and Dream Incubation practice, and an interest in transcultural approaches to working with dreams for improved health, relationships and wellbeing. I am passionate about supporting people to connect with the power of the inner world, bringing it into meaningful relationship with the outer world for a more fulfilled and purposeful life.
