Dynamic Stretching with SJ
This class begins with breathwork (pranayama) and mindfulness to help you settle and connect. We move slowly and intentionally through deep stretches, targeting tight muscles and improving flexibility. Suitable for all levels, it’s especially helpful for releasing tension and restoring range of motion.
Expect gentle vinyasa flow, mindful movement, and activation of your core (bandhas), leaving you feeling lengthened, grounded, and energised.
Please bring your own mat.
Meet Sarah-Jane Wagg (SJ):
SJ is the founder of Kenton Yoga, a sanctuary for mindful movement, breathwork, and self-discovery in the heart of Kenton-on-Sea. With a global career in senior leadership roles at major international banks, SJ has long understood the importance of balance, resilience, and mindful living, particularly in high-pressure environments.
Throughout her corporate career, she integrated her passion for yoga, introducing wellness programs and mindfulness practices into the workplaces she led, empowering teams to find clarity, focus, and inner calm amidst the demands of the financial world.
SJ has built a vibrant yoga community, guiding over 400 students through classes that centre on breath, movement, and manfulness. Her teaching approach emphasises being present, kind, and non-judgmental, encouraging students to connect deeply with themselves.
In addition to founding Kenton Yoga, she has extended her passion for wellness through Kuda Lari Wellness, a specialised equestrian yoga program, and Kenton Asian, a local restaurant that reflects her love for nourishing connections and global flavours.
