"Be Your Own Personal Trainer" Workshop with Melissa Tudsbury


The bodyweight movements everyone should be training, and how to do them the right way.


In my 15 years as a personal trainer there are certain corrections to fundamental exercises I find myself teaching almost every new client. When these adjustments are made, the number one thing I hear is, “Oh! So that’s how it’s supposed to feel! I didn’t know I’d been doing it wrong. Huh, it’s actually a lot harder now.”


In this 90 minute workshop of active participation we will cover some of the gold standard bodyweight strength training moves and stretches.


You will learn and experience why these movements are so significant, where you’re supposed to feel them, and how to perform them correctly with maximum muscle activation, maximum benefit, and minimum injury risk.


The group is kept small to allow for personalised corrections, ensuring the knowledge with which you leave is meaningful to you and your body.


Please wear: Comfortable clothing you can move in easily.

Please bring: Yoga/exercise mat, water.
