Sarah Dusek is a globally respected entrepreneur, investor, and advocate for women in business. She co-founded Under Canvas, the award-winning luxury glamping company named one of Inc. Magazine’s fastest-growing companies in America. In 2019, which she sold for over $100 million. She launched Enygma Ventures, a $6 million VC fund dedicated to investing in women-led businesses in Southern Africa. Sarah is passionate about helping visionary women build scalable, profitable companies that transform communities. Her new book, Thinking Bigger, is a practical guide for women entrepreneurs ready to raise capital and change the world.

Founder & CEO of Pranary | Startup Growth Expert | Enygma Fund Director

Sandras Phiri is the founder of Pranary, the practical business school equipping entrepreneurs across Africa to launch, grow, and raise capital with confidence. As a director at Africa Trust Group, the fund manager of the Enygma Ventures Fund, Sandras works with founders in over 40 countries on customer growth, investor readiness, and revenue strategy. With a Computer Science degree, an MBA from the University of Cape Town, and a career spanning 24 countries, he’s helped thousands of entrepreneurs turn ideas into thriving businesses. He’s shared global stages with the likes of YouTube co-founder Steve Chen and innovation legend Guy Kawasaki — and he brings those insights straight to the founders he mentors.
