New to the Secret Sunrise?

It's not like anything you have done before.... You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to move and play!

We combine elements of mindfulness and dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.

TIME : 07:15am - 08:30am (arrive by 07:15am to collect headphones - or arrive at 07:10 to catch the actual sunrise)
