ABOUT
We often move through life carrying burdens we can’t name — responsibilities we shoulder, emotions we suppress, roles we perform. These internal loads don’t just live in our thoughts; they show up in our bodies as tension, fatigue, gut imbalances, and chronic stress. They show up in our minds as overthinking, irritability, shutdown, or emotional numbness. And to cope, we build armour: emotional distance, stoicism, perfectionism, hyper-independence.
But beneath the armour, there is a man who is still real, still breathing, still whole.
This workshop is an invitation to meet that man — not by analysing him, but by using your hands, your senses, and your creative instincts to express what words often can’t. Through potting a Burden Succulent, expressing the Armor you've worn, and creating a personal Anchor, you’ll be guided through a powerful journey of externalizing your emotional load, seeing your protective patterns with compassion, and reconnecting to a core truth you want to carry forward.
By participating, you:
- Give physical form to invisible emotional weight
- Explore the stories behind your protective identity
- Connect to values or truths that can ground you in moments of stress
- Experience somatic expression — healing through hands-on, creative reflection
You don’t have to fix anything today. You only have to show up. Let your body speak through creation — and let that be enough.
