WELCOME TO THE ONESIE PRARADE!

Pull out those furry legs, spott arm, animals ears and step into your onsie for this dance. What better way to start your day than with a dance on the beach! Bring the kids, bring your partner and bring your most lovely self to join in the fun and make some heads turn. Find us near the clock tower on the day.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Using headphone technology, headsets are handed to you on arrival. Our accredited facilitators guide you through a series of music of all genres. Our public sessions encompass a variety of mindful practices, including meditation, breath work, movement and dance.

Each session is unique, often curated according to a theme that attendees come together to celebrate and are even welcome to dress up.
