Join us for a for some sunset magic - Secret Sunset style - at the Sacramento Cannon at Schoenmakerskop. Do you want to move freely like no one is watching? Do you want to find an inner freedom in the way you move? Do you want to shake out some stressors and feel some lightness and fun? Do you want to celebrate freedom in all it's forms? This is the session for you! We've decided to theme the session Freedom Sunset ahead of Freedom day, so that together we can celebrate Secret Sunset style.

Dress up, bring your family, your kids, your grandparents, bring your besties. This session is for everyone.

New to Secret Sunrise? It's a unique experience like nothing you've done before. Upon arrival, you'll receive headsets and be guided by facilitators to move! We blend elements of mindfulness and movement. All bodies, ages, genders, and fitness levels are welcome.

When: Friday 25th April 2025

Time: 17:15 for 17:30 (Arrive from 17:00 to collect headphones) to 18:30
