With over 24 years of distinguished experience in facilities and property management, Dumisani Malinga is a sought-after public speaker and facilitator renowned for his in-depth industry knowledge, practical insights, and leadership within the built-environment sector. 


A registered professional with the South African Facilities Management Association (SAFMA), Dumisani is committed to driving excellence in facilities operations, compliance, and sustainable property practices.


He has delivered impactful training and facilitation across a wide range of subjects, including Facilities Management (Basic to Advanced), Planned Maintenance Programming, Environmental Sustainability, Contract and SLA Management, and Budgeting for FM operations. Dumisani has contributed extensively to industry advancement as the Chairperson of the GP SAFMA chapter.   • Neeva Moodley - Building Manager at Standard Bank KZN


Neeva Moodley began her career in Facilities Management in 2006 at Inkosi Albert Luthuli Hospital and joined Standard Bank in 2007, moving through the various departments of Facilities Management as an employee of Drake & Scull and later Bidvest Facilities Management.


Appointed as the Building Manager for Standard Bank KZN in 2016, Neeva brings a passion for innovative ways of working and a deep commitment to the FM field. She holds a Global FM certification from SAFMA and continues to build strong networks within the industry. Her journey reflects continuous growth, dedication, and a forward-thinking approach to Facilities Management.
