Italian Cooking Class

Join us for a First Thursdays Italian cooking class hosted by Mastro Deli in Craighall.

Enjoy some starters while sipping on some wine or water before we get started on our mains and then finish off with dessert and a coffee or tea.

Our menu this time has a theme of La Ricotta and, as ricotta is the shining star of the night, we will teach you to make ricotta at home.

• Starters: A surprise!
• Mains: Ravioli with homemade ricotta filling and a butter sage or aurora sauce
• Dessert: Cannoli Siciliani
• Drinks: wine or water on offer with other beverages available to purchase

Recipe cards for all the dishes you eat will be given to take home so you can continue to enjoy them again and again.
