We are a Cape Town based Catering Company who produce wholesome fusion food, drawing inspiration and ingredients from some of Cape Towns local and lekker small scale suppliers. Keeping it seasonal and ethical where ever we can. We love bringing people together through the creativity of food and music.

Wine choices and descriptors for Wednesday:

De Morgenzon Concerto White 2022 Origin:

Stellenbosch Grapes: Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Marsanne, Chardonnay, Chennin Blanc

Description: This wine exhibits multi layered notes of peach, apricot, guava, orange blossom, and honeysuckle and has a ripe pear, yellow apple, and lemon curd taste profile. We wanted this wine to compliment the lemon/olive roast chicken and the subtle earthy flavours of the mushrooms.

Why did we choose this: We hope the silky texture and layered bouquet will compliment Francesca's delicate guitar playing, instrumental complexity and soulful voice.

McGregor Brut Rose NV Origin :

Robertson/Mc Gregor Grapes : Early Picked Muscat

Description: Turkish Delight aromas with zesty lemon and strawberry notes, fresh sparkler perfect for a summers day

Why did we choose this: Muscat is grown around the world but is famous throughout Italy, where Francesa was born.

Sadly we don't have anything similar to the fabulous sweet wines of Moscato di Trani near Bari, but we hope that the combination of white chocolate, raspberries and sparkles makes you feel like you are basking in the warmth of a summers day
