The Old Mushroom Farm presents Spring Leap Fest, a day festival celebrating holistic health, fitness, and wellbeing.

An event ticket will grant you full access to the day’s lineup of activities, including movement classes, workshops, live music, talks, and more!

Expect a day of yoga and meditation, foraging, workout sessions, sound journeys, breathwork, journaling workshops, food vendors, inspiring talks and live music.

The Venue

Spring Leap Fest 2024 is taking place on Saturday the 7th of September at The Old Mushroom Farm, just 10 minutes from Howick in the KZN Midlands. A picturesque countryside setting with the perfect combination of fresh air, views of rolling hills, and

interesting indoor venues to explore.

Classes, talks and workshops will take place in various spaces around the The Old Mushroom Farm. Experience a yoga class under the curved ceiling of an ex-mushroom growing tunnel, forage for edible plants in the Community Garden, soak up the view between activities, and connect with like minded folk on the dance floor.

Spring Leap Fest is a one day festival, but we are expecting attendees from far and wide. If you need accommodation, please be sure to book your spot at The Old Mushroom Farm well in advance as space is limited. Contact [email protected] to secure your spot.
