ABOUT
A celebration of yourself, the nature surrounding you and the sunrise outside and within. Come shine your light bright as we shimmy, sway, shake, swing and wiggle, jiggle jam together by the seaside on the sand in the first rays of sun.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Using headphone technology, headsets are handed to you on arrival. Our accredited facilitators guide you through a series of music of all genres. Our public sessions encompass a variety of mindful practices, including meditation, breath work, movement and dance.
Each session is unique, often curated according to a theme that attendees come together to celebrate and are even welcome to dress up.

DRESS CODE: dress up is absolutely encouraged!
BRING: Water, Warm clothing in case of high winds, water shoes as the beach often has small sharp shells
