East London! Let's Boogie! Let's add some FUN to our FUNky, and flow into the morning with a Secret Sunrise! We've missed you dancing besties and we just want to boogie again!

New to Secret Sunrise? It's a unique experience like nothing you've done before. Upon arrival, you'll receive headsets and be guided by facilitators to move and play! We blend elements of meditation and dance. All bodies, ages, genders, and fitness levels are welcome. No experience needed! Secret Sunrise is a global community that celebrates life, through music, movement, and connection. Described by TimeOut as the 'happiest way to start your day', over 50 000 people have already joined the movement, be it at sunrise or sunset. Facilitators guide you through a journey that encompasses mindfulness, improvisation, movement, and dance.
