ABOUT

The Masque and Spotlight Youth Theatre are teaming up to bring you and your kids a fun evening out at the theatre on a very special day - Take a Child to the Theatre Day!

Your family can enjoy a fun theatresports session that will be facilitated by Debbie Gildenhuys and the Spotlight Youth Theatre performers. Melanie O'Connor Horn will also introduce the audience to the Masque and give you a glimpse into what goes on behind the scenes.

Suitable for ages 8-18 (and their parents)

Entrance is free - but you need to please book tickets so that we know you're joining us!

The annual Take a Child to the Theatre Day is a worldwide movement run by Assitej. As outlined on their website, the organisation uses this day to spread its ongoing campaign of “Take a child to the theatre today”, stressing a child’s right to experience the arts. Follow the campaign #Takeachildtothetheatre on social media, repost and spread the word.
