Just as we passed JanuaWORRY, February smashed hard into my car last week.

Whilst turning a driver passed me from behind on a white line into oncoming traffic, but then full speed into me.

I do not have insurance. Said driver kept on saying that he did and also in an audio recording confirmed it again. My car was towed to then start this process the following day, but got notified said driver's insurance lapsed.

All and all I am busy with police cases and really horrible other processes, but in the meantime my car is standing at the towing yard needing a release fee that goes up R450 per day.

My aim now is to have it released to my mechanic to actually assess the damages to then quantify all damages.

My ask is any assistance to help get my baby released ASAP. Today the fee is at R11000, and at 4pm adding another R450.

Any assistance will help in the greatest of ways.

Thereafter it's me and small claims court and then criminal case.
