Produced by 11th Hour Racing and presented in collaboration with Protect Our Winters (POW), Shaped by Water brings together internationally renowned freediver and 11th Hour Racing ambassador Zandile Ndhlovu (ZAF), world-champion freeskier and POW Alliance athlete Jess Hotter (NZL) and 11th Hour Racing Team (USA), winners of The Ocean Race 2022-2023.
In this two-part film, Shaped by Water explores the relationship between athletes and the different forms of water; highlighting humans' intricate connection to the ocean, the environment, and themselves. The ocean is so uncomprehendingly vast and seemingly limitless that it is hard to imagine us having any sort of impact on its health. And yet we do.
