Have you ever tried a Secret Sunrise experience? Well, we think it's time you choose to Go with the Flow and join the Secret Sunrise facilitators for a dance on Strand Beach. We embrace music, movement, and connection in a fun, family-friendly way that gets your blood pumping and puts a smile on your face!

WHERE: Strand Beach - Meet on beach directly down from the ClockTower
TIME: 18:30pm - 19:30pm (Please arrive at 18:00pm to receive your headsets) 7:00 am - 8:00 am (Please arrive at 6:30 am to receive your headsets)
THEME: Get your groove on! Let's get groovy in community, as we show gratitude for another day of living life alive, by moving our bodies to music, & connecting with each other in the elements of mother nature!
DRESS CODE: IT’S GROOVY BABY
BRING: Wear layers of comfy clothes to move in and bring water

**We are thrilled to be partnered with The UP (The UPliftment Programme - theup.org.za) this inspired PBO has been sharing joy with youth, children, differently abled and the elderly for 18 years. For the past 4 years this inspired organisation has taken the headsets and the Secret Sunrise formula and added joy tools - to bring much needed emotional and mental wellness to youth and children. If you'd like to add a little extra and #ShareTheJoy to support the upliftment of children and youth in marginalised communities - we would be so so so grateful....
