If you enjoyed the first Home Made Jams as much as we did, come join us for round 2, The Summer Edition.
_Ashweeta_ and _Soulitude_ will be treating us to their eclectic sounds, with the added ingredient of _Nyauist_ spinning vinyl.
This time around, bring your cozies and lilo’s to enjoy the crispy blue pool.
We will also have some local home made creations on offer for you to browse, snack, quench and take home. Cash is king.

AshweetA are a quartet that blend jazz, funk , psychedelic Goema and dub into a sonic stew with strong local flavours. Comprising of hybrid percussion, bass, guitar and vocals. The music starts off slow and deep and builds up into a pulsating groove that gets hips swaying and the dancefloor firing. The band has just released their debut album and will also be showcasing some brand new compositions for this show.
Monwabisi "Soulitude" Dasi is a highly original song writer and poet, blending isiXhosa and English lyrics Into musical story telling at its best, developing a new fusion genre that has his contemporaries intrigued. Soulitude and the Vinyl Mystics is a collaboration with Grant Van Rooyen on bass, Dan Boshoff on lead guitar, and Nyauist on vinyl and percussion. Soulitude forms a collective that seamlessly blends boom bap rap, jazz, and a hint of funk, creating a unique fusion of mystical musical styles that will take you on a soul journey.
