Join us - dancing in the sunshine, letting your light shine, moving with love and celebrating yourself and each other. A joy practice created by you, us, music, sunrays, mountains, beach sand, ocean waves... and magic!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Using headphone technology, headsets are handed to you on arrival. Our accredited facilitators guide you through a series of music of all genres. Our public sessions encompass a variety of mindful practices, including meditation, breath work, movement and dance.
Each session is unique, often curated according to a theme that attendees come together to celebrate and are even welcome to dress up.

BRING: You will get sweaty! Maybe bring a swimming costume for a delicious ocean dip after? Let's DANCE!
