Calling all Sunrisers, we are so excited to be dancing at this incredible outdoor venue. This global family aims to get the world grooving. Join us in getting up and out of your comfort zone, dancing, connecting, feeling complete freedom and self-expression.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Using headphone technology, headsets are handed to you on arrival. Our accredited facilitators guide you through a series of music of all genres. Our public sessions encompass a variety of mindful practices, including meditation, breath work, movement and dance.
Each session is unique, often curated according to a theme that attendees come together to celebrate and are even welcome to dress up.

TIME: 7:30 am - 8:30 am (Please arrive at 7:00 am to receive your headsets)

DRESS CODE: Wear layers - something cosy to wrap up in and something funky, comfy to move and groove in!

*Cassia Restaurant will be open at 9am if attendees would like to go for breakfast afterward
