It's a new year - let's boogie into it the Secret Sunrise way. Let's celebrate with our friends and family the wonderful time we've had together, and prepare to face the new year and everything that it may bring!
New to the Secret Sunrise?
It's not like anything you have done before.... You will be given Bluetooth headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to move.
We combine elements of meditation and dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome. Secret Sunrise is a global community that celebrates life, through music, movement, and connection. Described by TimeOut as the 'happiest way to start your day', over 50 000 people have already joined the movement, be it at sunrise or sunset. Skilled and qualified facilitators guide you through a journey that encompasses mindfulness, improvisation, movement, and dance.

For the past 4 years this inspired organisation has taken the headsets and the Secret Sunrise formula and added joy tools - to bring much needed emotional and mental wellness to youth and children.
