Its been a fun and busy December! Take a moment to move with us and regain your energy. Let's dance energy and vitality into our bones ahead of 2024. Regardless of how your 2023 went - let's celebrate the good times and shake off the difficult ones and move into 2024 with some positive energy.

New to the Secret Sunrise?
It's not like anything you have done before.... You will be given Bluetooth headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to move.
We combine elements of meditation and dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome. Secret Sunrise is a global community that celebrates life, through music, movement, and connection. Described by TimeOut as the 'happiest way to start your day', over 50 000 people have already joined the movement, be it at sunrise or sunset. Skilled and qualified facilitators guide you through a journey that encompasses mindfulness, improvisation, movement, and dance.
WHEN: Sunday 31st December 2023
TIME: 07:00-08:00 (arrive from 6:45 to collect headphones)
WHERE: Kenton, Middle Beach. The tide will be high so we will dance on the other side of Middle Beach. Park at the TOP parking lot, walk right along the beach (if you are facing the ocean). You will see us there!

For the past 4 years this inspired organisation has taken the headsets and the Secret Sunrise formula and added joy tools - to bring much needed emotional and mental wellness to youth and children.
