Life's a Beach at the Barefoot Capital - and we love it! Regardless of how your 2023 went - let's celebrate the good times and shake off the difficult ones and move into 2024 with some positive energy. Let's celebrate this beautiful area, its wonderful people, and the beautiful place we get to spend December!

New to the Secret Sunrise?
It's not like anything you have done before.... You will be given Bluetooth headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to move.
We combine elements of meditation and dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome. Secret Sunrise is a global community that celebrates life, through music, movement, and connection. Described by TimeOut as the 'happiest way to start your day', over 50 000 people have already joined the movement, be it at sunrise or sunset. Skilled and qualified facilitators guide you through a journey that encompasses mindfulness, improvisation, movement, and dance.

For the past 4 years this inspired organisation has taken the headsets and the Secret Sunrise formula and added joy tools - to bring much needed emotional and mental wellness to youth and children.
