Schools out for the summer! Let’s boogie into the holidays with a Secret Sunrise dance at the newly revamped East London Esplanade?
We are partnering with the UPliftment Programme (up.org.za) to bring you this event! The UP celebrate their 20th Birthday on the 16th of December - and have been doing incredible work bringing JOY to those who need it!
There are a combination of free tickets for those who work in NGOs and CBOs and healthcare workers, and 100% of profits and R20 from each ticket will be donated to the UP. New to the Secret Sunrise?
It's not like anything you have done before.... You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to move and play !
We combine elements of meditation and dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.
