Schools out for the summer! Let’s boogie into the holidays ??
Yes - Secret Sunrise is music, movement and connection (and for most dance!) and it is also a Joy Practice, where we come together again and again to shake the bad vibes out and let the good vibes in. This Joy Practice is a "Bliss-ipline" - join us and bring your loved ones.
New to the Secret Sunrise?
It's not like anything you have done before.... You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to move and play !
We combine elements of meditation and dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.
