Spring has sprung - and we're ready to boogie on the beach again! And as we approach Halloween we can celebrate both the Spring and the Spooky...
We'll gather on Pollok beach, re-connect, shimmy and shake! Headsets are limited - book in advance!
New to the Secret Sunrise?
It's not like anything you have done before.... You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to move and play !
We combine elements of meditation and dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.
