New to the Secret Sunrise? It's not like anything you have done before.... You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to move and play! We combine elements of meditation and dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.

WHEN: Saturday, 4 November 2023
WHERE: Camps Bay Beach (facing the sea, we will dance on the far right side of the beach)
TIME: 18:30pm - 19:30pm (Please arrive at 18:00pm to receive your headsets)
THEME: Joy Bounce Jamboree
DRESS CODE: Wear layers - a jersey for if it gets cool and funky, comfy clothes to mooove in.
BRING: Water and your dancing shoes
