Get out your suit jackets, ties and tights for our funky/formal beach dance. Be prepared to zoom around, get sweaty, have a laugh and feel the connection. Dress for business up top and a boogie on the bottom. Add a cozzie underneath if you'd like to take a dip with the facilitators afterward! Are You Ready to DANCE?
New to the Secret Sunrise? It's not like anything you have done before.... You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to move and play! We combine elements of meditation and dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.
