Die CCPA bemark Cap Classique plaaslik en internasionaal, en bevorder samewerking tussen produsente om die tegniese standaarde en gehalte te verbeter.

Sparkling wine has been made in South Africa using the traditional method for more than 50 years. Come and enjoy a taste of our beautiful bubbles at a tasting with different styles of sparkling wine. The Cap Classique Producers Association (CCPA) was founded in 1992 by passionate producers, and today are the torchbearers for the fastest growing category in the local wine market. The CCPA markets Cap Classique locally and internationally and promotes cooperation between producers to improve technical standards and quality.
