ABOUT

A free workshop on maintenance and family law. We are a community of professionals hosting discussions around pertinent struggles faced in the court by the public, court officials, attorneys, mediators, social workers. Creating safe spaces to find solutions to many of the issues presenting.

This month’s dialogue will be addressing family law in context of emigration. With an ever-increasing emigration rate, equip yourself with knowledge and the various aspects that need to be in place before one emigrates. Know what your responsibilities and rights are as a parent left behind in South Africa or for those emigrating with children.
