Silent Mania’s Fitness on Fire Beach Series , are a set of events, where we merge Silent Disco with a different style of Dance and Flo Fitness … and take it into the outdoors, to secret beaches, in and around Cape Town.
Meet the most magnetically charged instructors, for a silent sunset session with a view and experience, never to be forgotten.
All dates chosen for this series have been forecasted fantastic weather, however, If for some reason the weather turns bad and we need to postpone, you will have the option of either a refund or a transfer to the next available session of your choice.
