Come and celebrate the beginning of a new cycle with us!

Come join us at Namaskar for a super chilled, fun and festive afternoon/ evening of ceremonial cacao, movement, mindfulness, meditation, intention setting, dance, jams, tunes and connection to celebrate, commemorate and reflect on the year gone by and welcome in the new year in conscious community. I can't think of a better way to bring in the energy of the new year than with the HIGH VIBE TRIBE !!!

What to expect:

Sacred Cacao Ceremony with Tokula medicine woman (Sonica Burger): In this sacred ceremony Tokula will be channeling the archeological wheel of transformation, paying homage to ancestral connection and the medicine wheel. The intention of the ceremony is for us to weigh or 'balance' out what we have gone through in our year. An opportunity to pause and reflect, to stop and take stock of the gifts and challenges of the year by bringing all the elements of the medicine wheel into conscious practice for the duration of the ceremony and in so doing, helping us to tell the story of the year gone by with acceptance, gratitude and peace and welcome in the new year with grace, excitement and joy.

Conscious Wifi with Charlie: The Conscious Wifi experience is a guided active mindfulness session, combining meditation, movement and gamified practices to connect with the inner-self and others in a safe and natural setting. What to expect? A journey that inspires the inner child to come out and play while activating the body and mind. The result: High Vibrational attunement and feeling a sense of playfulness, joy and wonder.

Conscious /ecstatic dance with Tonia: This is a freeform movement journey, held in a safe and sacred container and facilitated by a DJ. It’s a place where we can be our unique selves, drop into deep embodiment and release and express ourselves authentically, freely and joyfully. We will dance with the intention of alchemizing (organizing and harmonizing) the elements in our bodies, in order to experience more coherence and balance and an enhanced capacity to manifest our desired realities in the year ahead.

This is be followed by an integrative sound journey

Details:

When: 28 January 2023

Time: 3pm to 9pm ( arrival from 2:30pm to settle in and allow the day to flow from there)

Where: Namaskar Wellness hub, at the Embassy, corner of William Nicol and Mulbarton avenue, Lonehill.

Bring: Swimming cozzi/ towel, Yoga mats, blankets, pillows, warm and comfy clothes, water, wear comfy clothes to move in.

FOOD: Delicious nutritious food prepared by Ahanu will be on sale.
