Join us in moving and grooving for the first time in the new year, calling in all our most beautiful wishes and releasing all we intend to leave behind.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Using headphone technology, headsets are handed to you on arrival. Our accredited facilitators guide you through a series of music of all genres. Our public sessions encompass a variety of mindful practices, including meditation, breath work, movement and dance.

Each session is unique, often curated according to a theme that attendees come together to celebrate and are even welcome to dress up.

DRESS CODE: Vibrant YOU - Wear whatever feels most beautiful you on this day! Dress up wildly or wear your favourite outfit, whatever feels YOU.
